Our role is to help them find their place, so that they can truly sparkle.” Speaking about the qualities needed for future talent, she highlighted the importance of technical skills, foresight, empathy, sensitivity, and intuition. She also reminded parents that 70% of a child’s growth takes place beyond the classroom, and that a love for life and balance are essential for sustaining vitality.
